Wish Granters Expands Services into Boise County
Boise, Idaho — January 5, 2026 — Wish Granters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to granting wishes for adults battling terminal illnesses, is excited to announce its expansion into Boise County. This marks the fourth county served by Wish Granters, alongside Ada, Canyon, and Gem counties.
Founded in 2010, Wish Granters has granted more than 500 wishes, bringing hope, joy, and lasting memories to individuals and their loved ones during some of life’s most difficult moments. By extending services into Boise County, the organization will reach more Idahoans in need of comfort, connection, and encouragement.
“Our mission has always been to meet people where they are and provide meaningful experiences that bring light into challenging times,” said Kristin Jackson, President of Wish Granters. “Expanding into Boise County allows us to honor more stories, touch more lives, and continue the legacy of compassion that began with our very first wish.”
Wishes can be as simple as providing mobility equipment to restore independence or as joyful as a dream trip with family. Each wish reflects the unique hopes of the recipient, offering dignity, comfort, and cherished memories.
Community support plays a vital role in making these wishes possible. Wish Granters invites individuals, businesses, and community groups to join in supporting this expansion, ensuring that every eligible adult in Boise County has the opportunity to experience the life-changing power of a wish.
