PAST EVENTS

 

Wish Granters had a booth at the Crouch Spring Festival in downtown Crouch, and it was so much fun! Thank you to everyone that stopped by and said hello to us, learned more about us, and won raffle prizes!

 

Because of YOU, we not only reached our $5,000 Idaho Gives goal – we surpassed it and raised $5,125! Your generosity, shares, and encouragement made all the difference, and we are so grateful for every single donation. With your donations, we can grant even more wishes for those who need them in our community. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for believing in our mission and making Idaho Gives 2025 a huge success.

 

Thank you to everyone that came to Voodoo Brewing for their Idaho Gives event! There were good vibes going and good beer flowing. They featured Wish Granters as one of the nonprofits that evening, and it was such a fun celebration to help kick off Idaho Gives week!

 

April 1 – 30, 2024 – Blue Gander Benefit Month

We want to give a big thank Blue Gander Window Cleaning for supporting us throughout the month of April! They donated a portion of the proceeds from the entire month to support our wish granting program. We are pending the total raised, but will update this soon. It’s a win-win: clean windows and helping make wishes come true!

 

Thank you so much to Red Robin and everyone that came and supported us through the Red Robin fundraiser on March 20th – we raised $1,514! It was so much fun, and we can’t wait to do it again!

 

We had a great time passing out water and fruit slices again this year at the Race to Robie Creek 2 Mile Aid Station! We love to serve our awesome community, and we want to thank Race to Robie Creek for a great event.

 

Thank you so much to everyone that came out to Wine Not Give! It was so much fun, and we had a great turnout! Thank you to Split Rail Winery for hosting the event and donating to our mission, and thank you to Sam Henry for donating your time and talent. It was such a great evening!

 

What a fun day at the Boise Chamber showing the community what Wish Granters is all about! We gave out sweet treats to enjoy and met some awesome people. Thanks for stopping by!

 

Thank you so much to everyone that placed an ordered during our Texas Roadhouse fundraiser! This was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends while making a difference. We appreciate your support!

Dec 14, 2024 – Sam Henry Holiday Music Show

We loved being a part of Sam Henry‘s holiday music show at Potter Wines! We met wonderful people in the community, enjoyed great music, delicious wine, and the spirit of the holiday season! Thank you to Sam Henry for including us in this event!

 

Nov 26 – Dec 3, 2024 – “Walking for Wishes” Giving Tuesday Walk-a-Thon

We are so thankful for your support for our Walking for Wishes campaign and Giving Tuesday! Thanks to your generosity, we raised $1,428 to grant wishes for terminally ill adults. Your contributions make a significant impact, and we couldn’t do it without you!

 

November 30, 2024 – Nampa Farmers Market

Thank you for stopping by our booth at the Nampa Farmers Market! It was a beautiful day, and we loved connecting with the community.

 

November 23, 2024 – Nampa Farmers Market

Thank you for coming out to say “hi” at the Nampa Farmers Market! There were great vendors, live music, and tasty food, and it was a perfect way to start a Saturday morning!

 

November 15 – 22, 2024 – Wish Granters Online Holiday Auction

Our online auction was the perfect way to start holiday shopping while supporting Wish Granters! It was a HUGE success, raising $5,316!!! Thank you to each and every person who participated in the auction, as well as each person and business that donated items for the auction. Your support means so much to us and makes wish-granting possible!

 

October 17, 2024 – Watson’s Mystery Cafe Fundraiser

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our Watson’s Mystery Café event! It was fun to do something different, and we had a great time seeing all of you. We also want to thank Watson’s Mystery Cafe for hosting us!

 

September 29, 2024 – Wish Granters Pop-Up Market

Thank you so much to everyone that came out to our Pop-Up Market!! We had such wonderful vendors and musicians, and it was a beautiful day connecting with people in our amazing community. We can’t wait to do it again and make it even bigger and better!

 

September 13, 2024 – Wishes Under the Stars Party

We hosted an outdoor party called Wishes Under the Stars on September 13th! We had live music by Sam Henry Music, food and beverages by Mad Swede Brewing, Gyro Shack, and Alchemist Coffee Roasting Co, fun yard party game competitions, and awesome raffle items. The event was a great way to kick off the weekend – thanks for coming out to support us!

 

August 8, 2024 – Westside Drive In Fundraiser

What a delicious way to support a great cause! Westside Drive-In is hosted a fundraiser for us at both their State Street and Parkcenter locations. This iconic eatery, famously featured on Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” served up their legendary fare, all while supporting Wish Granters. There was a great turnout, so we thank you all so much for supporting us!

 

June – July, 2024 – “Comfort by the Spoonful” Ice cream Fundraiser

What is better than a big bowl of cold, creamy ice cream in the summertime?! One of our amazing supporters, Lori Gayle, sold her homemade ice cream and donated a portion of every single sale to Wish Granters through the months of June and July. Thank you to everyone that placed orders, and thank you to Lori for doing this fundraiser for us!

 

May 27, 2024 – Wishes & Wine

Our signature event, Wishes and Wine, was once again held at Indian Creek Winery on Memorial Day, May 27th, 2024.  There was delicious food, great live music, awesome live and silent auction items, and fabulous wine tasting from several local wineries.  Wishes & Wine is our largest fundraiser of the year, and with your support and generous donations, it was our best year yet! Thank you to our sponsors, vendors, bands, volunteers, and attendees for a wonderful event!

 

April 29 – May 2, 2024 – Idaho Gives

Wow, it was an incredible week of support for Idaho Nonprofits! We cannot thank you enough for your amazing donations to Wish Granters. We raised $5,080 which will directly impact the lives of terminally ill adults in our community. What a special week of giving!

 

May 2, 2024 – Split Rail Winery Nonprofit Party

We had a blast at Split Rail Winery as they highlighted 8 incredible local nonprofits making a difference in our community, Wish Granters being one of them! There was music, food, and $8 glasses of wine exclusively for those who donated. Thanks for stopping by!

 

May 2, 2024 – First Thursdays at Umpqua Bank Neighborhub

First Thursday in downtown Boise are full of food and drink specials, shopping specials, giveaways, art exhibitions, and live music! We had so much fun at Umpqua Bank Neighborhub hanging out with awesome people and talking about what Wish Granters does in the community.
