September 29, 2024 – Wish Granters Pop-Up Market
We are hosting a Pop-Up Market to support local artists and vendors, all while raising money for our wish granting program! The market will have all types of amazing local products to browse through and shop for. To make it even more special, all of our vendors will be women-owned businesses! September 13, 2024 – Wishes Under the Stars Party
We are hosting an outdoor party called Wishes Under the Stars on September 13th at 12668 W Fairview Ave in Boise, from 7-10pm! We will have live music, a food truck, a beer tent, yard party game competitions, and raffle items. The money we raise will go towards our wish granting program. This event is going to be perfect to kick off your weekend!
August 8, 2024 – Westside Drive In Fundraiser
Get ready for a delicious way to support a great cause! On Thursday, Aug 8th, from 11am to 6pm, Westside Drive-In is hosting a fundraiser for Wish Granters at both their State Street and Parkcenter locations. This iconic eatery, famously featured on Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” will be serving up their legendary fare, all while supporting Wish Granters. Mark your calendars and bring your appetite to indulge in some fantastic food while helping make wishes come true for those who need it most!
August 3, 2024 – Boise State Salvage & Surplus Garage Sale supporting Wish Granters
Attention all bargain shoppers! Saturday, Aug 3rd, from 8am to 3pm, Boise State Salvage and Surplus will be selling items to support Wish Granters – we get to keep all of the proceeds! The address is 5475 West Gage Street, Boise ID. They will have a couple of employees there to assist and a forklift to help with loading heavier items, and there are ALL types of items, so come check it out!
June – July, 2024 – “Comfort by the Spoonful” Ice cream Fundraiser
What is better than a big bowl of cold, creamy ice cream in the summertime?! One of our amazing supporters, Lori Gayle, is selling her homemade ice cream, and she is donating a portion of every single sale to Wish Granters. She offers 10 wonderful flavors by the quart, pint, or single serve pack, and she even has some pup cups for dogs! BSU Concessions (ongoing opportunities):
Do you like football games, basketball games, concerts, and shows? Come work concessions at any of these BSU events to help us raise funds to grant more wishes! Get your friends, family, and co-workers together to fill a team of 3+ people for a stand. It is a great team building opportunity, and a Wish Granters Board of Directors or staff member will join your team to help! The link with upcoming events is listed below. May 27, 2024 – Wishes & Wine
Our signature event, Wishes and Wine, was once again held at Indian Creek Winery on Memorial Day, May 27th, 2024. There was delicious food, great live music, awesome live and silent auction items, and fabulous wine tasting from several local wineries. Wishes & Wine is our largest fundraiser of the year, and with your support and generous donations, it was our best year yet! Thank you to our sponsors, vendors, bands, volunteers, and attendees for a wonderful event!
April 29 – May 2, 2024 – Idaho Gives
Wow, it was an incredible week of support for Idaho Nonprofits! We cannot thank you enough for your amazing donations to Wish Granters. We raised $5,080 which will directly impact the lives of terminally ill adults in our community. What a special week of giving!
May 2, 2024 – Split Rail Winery Nonprofit Party
We had a blast at Split Rail Winery as they highlighted 8 incredible local nonprofits making a difference in our community, Wish Granters being one of them! There was music, food, and $8 glasses of wine exclusively for those who donated. Thanks for stopping by!
May 2, 2024 – First Thursdays at Umpqua Bank Neighborhub
First Thursday in downtown Boise are full of food and drink specials, shopping specials, giveaways, art exhibitions, and live music! We had so much fun at Umpqua Bank Neighborhub hanging out with awesome people and talking about what Wish Granters does in the community.
April 1-30, 2024 – Blue Gander Benefit Month
Blue Gander Window Cleaning generously donated a portion of their profits from the month of April to support Wish Granters. Through their amazing program, we raised $1,100! Thank you to Blue Gander, and to our community, for the support!
April 30, 2024 – Lusk District Block Party
What a fun block party to kick off Idaho Gives week! There was tasty beer from Lost Grove Brewing, awesome vibes, and most importantly, support for incredible nonprofits making a difference in Idaho. Thanks for stopping by!
April 20, 2024 – Race to Robie Creek Water Station
We passed out water and fruit slices to the runners during Race to Robie Creek! It was a gorgeous day to be out supporting our community.
